DREW CUPPS
STRONG ENTERPRISE FUND

1-800-359-3379

real audio - 28.8k

Who is this guy?A newcomer to the portfolio manager world. He's young, enthusiastic and if he's record keeps building, could turn out to be one of the stars in the industry.
How do ya say his name?"Cups" as in, "How many cups of coffee did you have today?"
What's he manage? The Strong Enterprise Fund
How long has he been doing that?Ever since its inception one year ago on Sept. 30, 1998.
How's the fund performed?Right up there---it was up over 68 percent as of Sept. 29, 1999.
Anything interesting about him?Right now, Drew is pretty much a workaholic. He does find time for power yoga---that's a hybrid form of yoga and combines aerobics with stretching---and some sports. But, his passion is putting a team together to insure that his fund keeps flying. Which, as one might guess, not only takes dedication, devotion and smarts, but a lot of time.
When was the interview conducted?September 29, 1999.
