How's the fund performed?Great over the long term: Since inception in 1994 through the end of September 1999, the average annual total return was 23.17 %; over the past 5 years ending Sept. 30, 1999, the average annual total return was 24.76%; year-to-date performance through September, shows the fund was up 2.73 %.
Anything interesting about him?Plenty. But worth noting is his devotion to the Young Investor Fund. "The fund is a top priority to me," says Brady, who not only is proud of the fund's performance but also feels that another reason people become shareholders is for the investment education it provides. "The Mutual Fund Education Alliance just had their awards dinner and our quarterly newsletter, The Dollar Digest, won best educational newsletter for the second year in a row."
